Thank you very much.
I using this to drive the base of a transistor which is driving a relay of coil current 40mA.
The BJT has a beta of 100.
I think I can use this.
May I know your thoughts/suggestions.

A saturated BJT has a lower beta. Anyway, this will work.
It might be simpler and cheaper to use a digital decoder like the SN74HCS238.
It might be possible to replace both logic and transistors with a single power logic shift register like the TPIC6C595.

The absolute maximum output current ratings are found on the datasheet as source or drain continuous current. This device is rated for -30mA to 30mA.
The TMUX1104 will be able to pass/support up to the maximum rating of +/-30mA, so as long as it is below that this will work in your application.
