Hi,
As User run SN74CBT16233 with below condition, B1 output is about 4V. Is the 4V expected behavior?
Vcc = 5V
SEL = 0V
TEST = 0V
A = 5V
(There is no load at B1 pin)

Nagata.

Hi Nagata,
Yes this is what we would expect - this is an NFET based switch which means when the load is open circuited the max voltage that can be passed is VCC - Vt, where Vt is the threshold voltage of the MOSFET. This value does vary depending on the part and its not something that we have data for but ~1V is a reasonable value.
