    Sorry, I realized in the title you specifically asked for the date code after my previous response. See below

     Topside Symbol         : 16RGT-ASL                                        
           +----------+             YM = YEAR MONTH DATE CODE                                
           !0 ZWH  !              LLLL = LOT TRACE CODE                                      
           !  YMS    !             S = ASSEMBLY SITE CODE                                  
           !  LLLL    !

    Here's some information on the actual decoding of the YM

    So 1 = January, 2 = February, 3 = March..., A = October, B = November,  etc. and the Y will be the last digit of the year.
