Hi team,

I want to ask two questions about using SN74CB3Q3244;

1. Does SN74CB3Q3244 support the transmission of VGA HSYNC (Horizontal Sync)/VSYNC (Vertical Sync) analog signals?
2. When Vcc is powered by 3.3V, can its IO input/output level be 5V?

Please help me check, thanks.

With a 3.3 V supply, the SN74CB3Q3244 can switch any signal between 0 V and 5.5 V. If the VGA signals are in that range, you can switch them.

Hey Andy,

The I/O levels can be up to 5.5V independent of the Vcc supply level

As Clemens mentioned, as long as the VGA signals are within the specs listed (0 to 5V) and the signal frequency is below the 500MHz listed in the datasheet, it will be fine.
