Could we keep the device AX and BX floating? The device have 8 I/O, but we only need 6. So we need your suggestion about how to take care of the used pin?
Thanks

In most applications, unused switch I/Os can be left floating. See [FAQ] Frequently Asked Questions about signal switches and multiplexers
Hi Jun,
You can certainly keep the Ax or Bx pins floating if you do not need them in your application. However, it is recommended to tie these to ground if you are passing signals on the other channels that are at a high frequency to prevent noise from coupling in the system.
Let me know if you have any other questions on this.
Thanks!
