The TMUX product family includes a wide range of device with options in low voltage (Vsignal <= 24V), mid voltage (25V < = Vsignal <= 99V) and high voltage (Vsignal >= 100V). The TMUX devices also fall into the categories of general purpose, precision, protection, and automotive. The TMUX family naming convention can be seen in the table below:
TS Series Naming Convention
The TS product family encompasses a variety of analog switches with different ON resistances, bandwidth, charge injection, and total harmonic distortion to target any application. The naming convention can be seen in the table below:
SN74CBx Families Naming Convention
CBT-C (Cross-Bar Technology - Clamp): 5-V NMOS Switches with –2-V undershoot protection
CBTLV (Low-Voltage Cross Bar Technology): Low-voltage switches with parallel NMOS and PMOS transistors
CB3Q (High-Bandwidth Cross-Bar Technology): NMOS switches with a charge-pump circuit for low and flat ron
CB3T (Cross-Bar Translating): Level-shifting NMOS bus switch
