SN74CB3Q3245: IBIS Model pin configuration

Hi Team,

I got a request from a customer, that in the IBIS model for SN74CB3Q3245 the pins can only be configured as inputs but not as outputs even though they are bidirectional.
Is there a way to set them to outputs?

The IBIS model applies only to the control input (/OE). Unbuffered I/Os cannot be modelled with IBIS.

To simulate the behaviour of the analog switches, use the Spice model. (And if it does not exist, use that of a similar device like the SN74CB3Q3125.)

Hi Andreas,

This model seems to be incomplete - the series switch data isn't mapped to the actual part. So the only models that this IBIS model supports is the ESD diode function of each input.

These models are released as is, and due to the age of the part it is most likely not going to get an updated IBIS model in near future.
