We are using TS5MP645NYFPR part in our design. When we take up the design to PCB fabrication, our PCB fabricator is unable to meet the 0.23mm dia (pad size) and he is requesting to update 0.23mm with 20% tolerance.
Could you please share the acceptable tolerance limit we can provide to our PCB fabricator?
