TS5A22362 Analog switch - parallel switches?

Is there any reason why the two switches in the TS5A22362 can't be paralleled? I have no use for the "second" switch. This should cut the resistance in half (?) as well?

Hello Mike,

Yes, you can run them in parallel. I will cut down the resistance, but I am not sure it if is exactly half like Ohm's Law and Kirchoff's Current law states.
