TS5A23160: Peak ON Resistance with 1.8V Supply

Hello,

I see the Peak ON Resistance across temperature for this device with 1.8V supply is 30 Ohms. Is this correct? For other supply voltages this ranges between 1.1 - 2.7 Ohms.

    Hey Michael,

    I would trust the datasheet value on this. On the lower supply voltage you'll sometimes see some performance degradation in some devices. Take a look at the TS5A23159, which is mostly a logic variant of the 23160. The peak is 15ohms.
    What's the application here? Is the On-capacitance a concern. If that on resistance is still too high for your application and capacitance isn't a huge concern, the TS3A24159 has a small supply range so it performs better with a 1.8V supply. The peak here is just 0.8ohms across temperature. Caveat is an increase in On capacitance.

    Thanks Rami! We actually started with TS3A24159 but moved to TS5A23159 because of available inventory.
