Hi Team, seeking for assistance.

I would like to measure a photocurrancy between fA - nA. To detect this i will build a integrator in combination with a OP. To Reset the value of this measured integration i ned to switch + to gnd parallel to my condensator. In the time of the measurment integration my switch should not make any fault to my measured signal. Thats why i need a swich with less then pA leaking current in the OFF-Time.

Do we have some good suggestions for this application?

    Hey Mark,

    Is 'OFF-time' referring to the device itself being off or just a single channel? 
    Either way, we don't currently have an analog multiplexer with leakage quite that low but we do hit right above the upper limits of the request with the TMUX1112 if a few extra pA's can be spared..
