Yes, the SN74LVC3157 will meet your bandwidth requirements as long as the voltage is between 0 and 5V.

I would also recommend you to take a look at the TMUX1248 which is a higher performing new product. This is a drop-in match to the SN74LVC3157 with lower on resistance and logic compatible from 1.8 to 5.5V. It will include extra features such as fail-safe logic.
