Hi team

What is the difference between TS5A22364-Q1 and TS5A22364 in addition to the difference between Q1 and non-Q1?

My customer met the supply issue of TS5A22364-Q1 and I am not sure whether TS5A22364 could be a drop-in replacement.

    Hey Shawn,

    The two devices are very similar except that the Q1 version is automotive qualified (AEC-Q100), meaning it goes under extra testing to verify that it will meet the automotive requirements. In terms of the specifications they would effectively be drop-ins in non-automotive systems, where the AEC-Q100 qualification is typically a requirement. 
    Additionally, the Q1 version only comes in the VSSOP package, while the non-Q1 comes in VSSOP, VSON and DSBGA
