I need an alternative for DG452EQ (Vishay). TMUX7212PWR seems very similar. Would it be ok to have pin 12 (N.C.) connected to 3.3V?

Yes, the TMUX7212 is a pin to pin replacement for the competitor part. We have an FAQ on the topic (linked below) with a great explanation but the short answer is yes, it is okay to have 3.3V present on the N.C. pin.
