TMUX646: Routing problem - layout problem

Hi,

I'm using the TMUX646 component and the pitch of this BGA is 0.4mm. It is hard to fanout this chip and we probably need to use microvias.

I would like to request a reference layout file (.brd) so I could see how you did the routing on your EVM.

Hi Sergey,

Please see attached for reference on how to layout this device. While the pitch may be a bit smaller, we have had many customers implement this type of layout so please use the reference EVM board design to give you an idea on how to properly do this.
