Hi Support team,

We have RF design need switch between 5G and 6G band application.

below as my feature request items:

1. dual output (4CH input to 2CH output)

2. Vcc = 1.8V or 5V

3. control voltage = 1.8V

4. BW need least 100MHz

5. RL = 50 ohm

Could you please help to survey suitable multiplexer parts?

And then please also provide datasheet and price of 500K/month to us refer. Thank you.

    See here for a search for these parameters.

    The TMUX1072 has overvoltage protection, the TMUX1136 has low leakage current, the TMUX136 is the cheapest.

    Hi Peter,

    For such an application in 5G/6G, are you sure 100MHz is all you need for such a device? Are they passing anything in the 5GHz or 6GHz range or are you referring to a sub-circuit within this kind of application that does not need these higher speed.

    If you need some higher bandwidth, you can take a look at our TMUX136 for speeds up to 6GHz. For something in the lower frequency range (100MHz), you can take a look at the TS5A23157.
