I am studing TS3A4751. I want to use it to switch On/Off a resistor in my circuitry. Do TS3A4751 have change the features of my circuitry? (Can I use it as relay or normal switch?)

It would really depend on what your circuit parameters are, but it shouldn't change your circuit assuming values are within data sheet recommended specifications. Yes, it can be used as a switch or relay for your resistor. I would suggest against using it with an inductive load, however, as this may damage the part without a proper snubber circuit added.
