As Clemens mentioned, these values are correct. Do you have a concern about the Min or Max VIH voltage?

Hi Tyler, Clemens:

I was wondering if there's any chance that I need to supply 3.6V for logic high(Vih)?

I'm checking if IN pin is workable or not when I supply 1.5V on it?

A logic high signal is allowed to have any voltage between 1 V and 3.6 V.

Hi HSU,

A voltage of 1.5V will work since any voltage between 1V and 3.6V is considered a logic high.
