Hi team,
One of our customers uses the TMUX6113 WQFN package, VSS pin connect -11.4V, VDD pin connect +15.5V. But this customer incorrectly connected EP pin to GND and VSS should be connected as per dataset instructions.
The DC/DC power supply -11.4V on some boards was found to be abnormal during the test. However, most abnormal boards will return to normal when -11.4V is reduced to -8.5V or -5V.The board that does not return to normal finds that the -11.4V voltage is short to GND.
The customer wants to know how EP pin are connected to VSS GND pin inside the chip? Can the TI share the information
