It's CMOS. The latch-up performance is mentioned at the beginning of the datasheet.

This is CMOS and as clemens mentions, the datasheet notes that it has had JESD78 standard latch up tests performed on this device. You can find more details in this white paper below :

There is no radiation testing done on this device.
