TMUX1101: Maxium current of ISD

Hi Team,

My I aks a question about TMUX1101 working current go through S and D, the datasheet menioned Absolute Maximum Ratings of S and D is –30 and 30mA. but didn't see the max safe working current of ISD, 

And is there other alternative part has high switch current, thanks in advance.

    It's the same value, ±30 mA.

    This device is designed for signals, not for high loads. If you want to switch high currents, you probably want a load switch (e.g., TPS22919) or a high-side switch. What are the voltage, current, and frequency?

    Hi Allen,

    Clemens is correct in this case - the absolute max is the same for ISD and if you wanted to switch higher currents then a load switch would be ideal. Is there a particular current range you are looking to apply/handle? This can help me narrow down a more specific part so I can provide some recommendations.

    Hi Clemens and Alex,

    Thanks a lot for the comments, I plan to use the analog to discharge the integrator. The VCC is 5V, Vin is square wave (Vl=0V, VH= 0~4V). Switch response time need to be <1uS.

    If TMUX1101 switch current limitation is 30mA, should be ok, as (5V /200 OHM  =25 mA).
