My customer has question regarding Ron differences between TMUX646 and TS5MP645.
Ron for TMUX646: 6Ω
Ron for TS5MP645: 2.45Ω
What is the reason for the Ron differences between these MUX?
Do they come from process differences?

Hi Kei,
The reason for the Ron differences between these two devices stems from die level process differences and package differences. While the physical process node is the same, each of these has a unique mask and metal level count. As far as packages go, the TMUX646 comes in a nFBGA (ZEC) package whereas the TS5MP645 comes in a DSBGA (YFP) package.
