Please let me know about states of internal switch.
When power off (Vcc < 2.3V), does NC to COM path allow conduction? Or, high-Z perfectly?

Below the min VCC we don't know the state of the I/O . But the TS5A22364 does not support Hi-Z on signal path pins when VCC is off. This feature is called powered-off protection. Here is a list of all our 2:1 2 channel muxes that have this feature.
Also, are the internal shunt switch and negative swing a must?
I noticed that none of the muxes that I filtered would support those features
