TMUX1248: SEL pin frequency range

I would like to confirm that that SEL pin can be driven with a PWM that has a frequency range of 0-30kHz.

For my future reference how would I determine the frequency range (bandwidth) of the SEL pin ?

    Hi Tony,

    We can think about this in regard to the transition time spec - the switching time between channels. So to find the maximum frequency of the SEL pin we would take 1/18ns (18ns being the max transition time over -40C to 85C in the datasheet for 5V VDD) which gives us ~55.6MHz - plenty of headroom for your 30KHz frequency. Note the transition time slows down at lower supply voltages.
