In general, routing one output to several CMOS inputs is no problem. (If you suspect that the load becomes too high, you can add buffers.)
You need some kind of switch or demultiplexer only if you want to disable one of them.
Hi Jeff,
I suggest using the TS5A23157-Q1. It is a 1;2 device and has 2 channels which means it can output two signals at the same time.
