Hi,

There is any other part with 8 or 12 bit channel for 1:2 mux

specifications should be similar to 1:3 MUX 12 bit SN74CBT16214C.

Welcome to the forum!
Clemens provided a great link. It looks like the closest we have is the SN74CBT16292. This won't have the undershoot protection that the SN74CBT16214C will have however.

If the undershoot protection is necessary then you may need to use a few SN74CBT3257C. Or you can use the SN74CBT16214C and leave one of the inputs of the 3:1 floating.
