I want to switch 1uV in and out of a circuit (very low current, nano-amps). Would this be a good switch choice? Would there be any loss? If not a good choice, what is a low-cost recommendation? Ideally, would want 8 switches in one package. Tks.

This device specifies a maximum leakage current of 1 µA (at the highest temperature).

Do you need 1:1 or 1:2 switches with 8 channels, or one 1:8 switch?

Thanks CL. I need 1:1 switch. Ideally 8 switches in one package. I selected the G3157 because it was very inexpensive and in-stock. What else would you recommend?

Hello John, I would recommend the SN74CBT3345. It has 8 switches internally and has a maximum leakage current of 1 µA.

If you want a lower leakage current, consider the TMUX1112.
