TMUX7219: Regarding the Idd

Hi,

Regarding the Idd of TMUX7219, Is Idd stable (62uA max , -40 to 125 degree C) regardless of how much current flow through source to drain( or drain to source)of the internal switch?

Or will it vary depend on how much current flow through source to drain( or drain to source)of the internal switch?

As a plain CMOS device, the TMUX7219 does not need any current to operate while EN/SEL are not switching. The I_DD/I_SS values are just leakage currents.

See figures 6-10…6-13. The leakage currents are not dependent on the channel current; their strongest dependency is on the temperature.

Yes, Idd is stable (up to its max spec) across the recommended operating conditions of the device.
