Hi Dear,

Does the B1 and B2 pin need to be offset when SN74LVC1G3157 is used?

I do not understand what you mean with "offset".

The A/B1/B2 pins are analog I/Os and work with any voltage between GND and V_CC. The active A/Bx connections behaves pretty much like a 6 Ω resistor.
