All datasheets show that the size of the cavity in the tape is 1.46 mm × 1.46 mm, so the 1.5** mm dimensions must be wrong.

Thank you for pointing this out. As Clemens mentioned, I would go with the ti.com YCJ package information link for the most accurate information here. There must have been some issue when translating data between datasheets when this device was released. I'll have the team address this issue soon.

Understood on translating data issue. Would you please confirm size (Length*Width) of YCJ package? It is 1.34mm^2 on 1^st page of the datasheet (English version), 1.329max~1.269min mm^2 on PACKAGE OUTLINE section of the datasheet (English version), and 1.4mm^2 on parametric search page.

YCJ package information link does not provide D and E values.
