How much data rate is supported based on QSPI 6bit?

    This 240 MHz value is the analog −3 dB bandwidth (see figure 6-11).

    Digital signals are not sine waves but square waves and require more harmonics, so I'd estimate the limit to be somewhere below 100 MHz. Please note that any resistance or capacitance (e.g., long traces) will reduce the speed further.
