TMUX1108: TMUX1108 leakage while disable...

Part Number: TMUX1108

Hi Team,

Please help to check what's wrong with it?

My customer schematic is below and while the TMUX1108 is disabled, they can see the 2uA with a current meter.

 

All the channels of S1 to S1 are with the same problem.

Pls help to advise how to fix it.

    Hi Peter,

    I would first like to confirm your setup.

    1. You mentioned the device is disabled, does this mean VDD & VSS are being left floating?

    2. What voltage (Vd) are you biasing the drain side with?

    3. Also, you mentioned all channels of S1 to S8 have the same problem, could you provide current readings on the source pins as well? And just to clarify your schematic, is each of the source pins grounded like S8?
