The max ICC is 128mA in datasheet as below:

But in electrical characteristics, the ICC is uA, what the typical current for each channel?

    The ICC value in the electrical characteristics table descibes how much current flows into VCC and out of GND.
    The channel current absolute maximum ratings describes at which current between the corresponding A and B pins the device might get damaged.
