Hi Team,

Currently using ZNYQ FPGA, there is a problem of IO being injected with current by external devices.

Can SN74CBTD3384 solve this problem?

Yes; switches like this can be used to disconnected devices from each other.

(Please note that CBT/CBTD devices are designed for 5 V TTL signals; nowadays, you should choose CBTLV/CB3Q/TMUX devices.)

Multiplexers can be used as buffers and switches to control voltage signals between devices which can be used in your case to solve the problem.

The SN74CBTD3384C (SN74CBTD3384 is being discontinued) can be a good option depending on your required voltage levels.
