Can they use the device with 3.3V VCC and pull up 1.1V for A&B?

Yes. This is an analog switch; it can support all voltages between GND and V_CC.

Hi Brian,

Thanks for reaching out here! Clemens is correct here that this device can support voltage ranges from GND to Vcc. So for your use case of 3.3V Vcc and pull up 1.1V on A & B, that is an acceptable implementation with this device.
