Can I use in this scene: I use 1.8V for V+, but 3.3V for IN1 and IN2. Can TS5A23157-Q1 work well?

No, the absolute maximum ratings forbid this.

The SN3257-Q1 supports input voltages beyond the supply.

Can I use in this scene: the V+ and IN1/IN2 are both 3.3V, but the high voltage of NC/NC/COM are 1.8V. Can TS5A23157-Q1 work well?
