TMUX9616: min value of TDO

Thanks for reaching out here. As Clemens mentioned, the TDO spec is available in section 6.7 of the datasheet (page 9) with an associated timing diagram to help visualize this spec. 

TDO minimum spec ranges from 3 to 7 ns, depending on your VLL levels.
