Hello,

Our customer looking for SPDT MUX with the function securing Normally ON even Vdd is not powered.

A discrete solution can be achieved this by utilize depletion mode FET like FSA515.

Is there any candidate MUX device in your product portfolio?

No; TI does not make any switches with depletion-mode MOSFETs.
