I am looking for a TINA design file of TMUX8212.

Unfortunately we don't have a TINA design for the TMUX8212, but you can redesign the opamp gain circuits to:

This will behave as the TMUX8212.

One more question, the end of each capacitor should be connected to Vcom(gnd) or Vee?

The capacitors should be connected to GND.
