Thanks, I am looking for (SPST), 20-channel FET bus switch which support 1.8V for VCC and Data IOs.

Hello Kanava,

Unfortunately, we don't have a 20-channel device with such parameters and configuration.

The highest channel we have with those specs is 4, which is the TMUX1511: https://www.ti.com/lit/ds/symlink/tmux1511.pdf

You can combine a few 1511's together and turn them into a 20 channel device.
