Dear team,

Can below thermal pad being connected with GND? Customer want to do compatible design with SGM3005XD/TR with local competitor. They connected SGM3005 thermal pad with GND.

The pad can be connected to GND or be left floating; see [FAQ] Where do I connect the thermal pad of the logic QFN devices?

Hi Zoe,

Clemens is spot on here. The thermal pad of the TS3A24159 can be connected to GND similarly to what the customer did with SGM3005.
