hi, i have downloaded TMUX1574 .ibis model and try to simulate in cadence Sigrity aurora tool.

but it is throwing error, showing that pin is not mapped.

can you check and please share the .ibis model.

    Hi Pravin,

    We haven't heard of any issues with the TMUX1574 IBIS model. 

    Unfortunately, I'm not familiar with Sigrity aurora tool. We use Advance Design Systems (ADS) for our simulations. When I load up the model I am able to get an appropriate waveform when modeling Ron. There's an older E2E where another one of our engineers laid out a rough guide for how to run a simulation. Can you give it another go using these steps if you have access to this software? Let me know if this helps!

    For example, I was able to recreate the Ron plot for 1.8V case which matches the datasheet Figure 1. On-Resistance vs Source or Drain Voltage:
