Hey Malsekar
The top side markings correlate with the year and month of assembly and some assembly site code.
YL518E is just identifying the device as the TS3A27518E.
The first digit, 2, is the last digit of the year. So this would be 2022. The second digit is the month starting from 0 = January up to Oct = A, Nov = B, Dec = C. So this would be July.
The K is an internal code for TI use only. Then the G4 is just an old naming convention used to identify parts that are 'Green' RoHS compliant and lead free. But all our devices meet those standards now so the G4 and non-G4 devices are really the same, we just kept the name as to not scare anyone already using the G4 devices away.
Is AN5H the top side marking of another device? Or is that marking also on the same device with 27K? I'm not seeing AN5H as a possible top side marking.
Thanks!
