Hi Sir,

My customer would like to know that they use the HDMI 2.0 signals 4K60 (17.92Gbps) to measure the Eye Pattern on TS3DV642EVM.

Is it the test results can be applied for DP 1.4 signal integrity (one channel 6Gpbs)?

Hi,

Since HDMI and DP high speed data path are routed separately, I don't think you can say passing HDMI 2.0 test result would apply toward DP as well. I would still run the DP compliance test and check for DP signal integrity.

Hi,

Unfortunately we don't have a TS3DV642EVM that supports DP connector, but the TS3DV642 will support DP1.4 at 8.1Gbps.
