I'm working on a high frequency application, and I need an analog switch/MUX, the TMUX4053 meets all my requirements but the problem here that it doesn't have a SPICE or TI-Tina model as many other switches from TI and I need to simulate it to make sure that it will be a good fit specially for the off-isolation.
I found the below page for creating an equivalent circuit to simulate an analog switch but it's not mentioning how to simulate the off-isolation, any suggestions?
