MUX508IDR and MUX508ID new datasheet shows NiPdAu | Sn lead finish. i have also checked using path " TI.com > Quality & Reliability > Material Content Search", but not getting proper details mentioned in below Screen shot and material search link for the reference.

Can you please confirm whether that the parts are having the SN plating or NiPdAu plating?
