Can you tell me what you mean by Pc?( Are you referring to power consumption of this device?)

So basically with the information I have I can tell a approximate static power consumption of the mux Vcc x Icc(max)= 36uA
However power consumption can be more of a system level question and if you want to calculate the power consumption for the mux its self please look at this e2e as an example.
Basically using that e2e formulas you can find the power consumption for your setup as some of it will be due to the load in your system.
