TMUX1219: I(s)/I(d) continuous current consumption vs TMUZ1119x

Part Number: TMUX1219

Hi,

On the TMUX1119x datasheet, the I(s)/I(d) continuous current parameter has been updated has just been updated (Feb-24) and linked to the I(dc) current in recommended operating condition limit (150ma@25°C), while in the 1219x datasheet (Jun-20) this value is 30mA as absolute maximum value.

Is this a real difference between the two MPN or is it just because the 1219x specification table has not yet been updated?

Thank you.

  • Hello Samuel,

Yes there is a difference between the two devices and their correlated continuous current parameters.

Please follow the operational conditions of each device according to its datasheet.

    Thanks,

    Nir
