TMUX6236: TMUX6236 works at 24v?

Part Number: TMUX6236

Hi,

May I know if TMUX6236 can work at 24V? and what about the performance such as continuous current and Rsdon when working at 24V? thanks.

btw, it sounds this part has higher price than Panasonic's solid state relay, it is not good for us.

regards,

Jay

  • It works at all supply voltages between 4.5 V and 36 V. To get an estimate for the 24 V values, interpolate between the 12 V and 36 V values.

What specific device are you comparing against? In general, analog switches and solid-states relays have different applications.

  • Hello Jay,

According to the datasheet the device can operate between 5V to 36V so it can reliably work at 24V.

For the Rsdon and continuous current, the values can be estimated with the values measured ant 12V and 36V. At 12V the Rsdon is 2.8ohms and at 36V the Rsdon is 2.1, so the Rdson at 24V should be around 2.45ohms. Same case for continuous current that can be estimated to be approximately 44uA at 24V.

For pricing I will follow up via email and loop in our marketing team.

    Thanks,

    Nir

  • Thank you.
