TMUX6201: For LED On & OFF Application

Tool/software:

Am switching LED Cathode (for connect and disconnect of LED current to another circuit) using TMUX6201RQXR. The datasheet says it for analog as well.

Am planning to use TMUX6201RQXR for the Aerospace recommend use.

Can anyone let me if i can use a LED Cathode to Pin S and Get same signal as pass through on Pin D when i control SEL

Below i the circuit am planning.

1. I also need a PSPICe file

2.Any issues will below logic

This will work. (There should be a decoupling capacitor.)

But the transistor is used as a switch in exactly the same way. You could combine the control signals with an AND gate, or use two switches (e.g., TMUX6221).

Sure the transistor is basically inside DEI1090 IC

It looks like Clemens already answered your questions here which are accurate. As for the PSpice model, we do not have one at this time, but it is in our backlog to create. Unfortunately, it probably won't be until late this year or even early next year. In such cases, we defer to this FAQ.
